Of all the times April and I have ever eaten at our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant Chuy’s (insert plug here) I’ve never noticed this one awesome, amazing item before, but my brother the other day was like, “Dude, you’ve never seen this before?” Nope. Here it is. On their silverware packets…
I guess I’ve never noticed because I’m too busy inhaling fresh salsa and homemade tortillas – and do not get me started on the best Tres Leches on the planet. Okay, this site isn’t a food guide, so let’s get back to the task at hand.
Prayers. On their silverware packets. I love it. I hope that more eyes are opened to this at Chuy’s and people start praying to God, thanking Him for the insanely good meal they are about to eat. Even more, I hope that people start to pray to God before every meal be it simply saltine crackers and hot sauce (I’ve had that as a dinner more than a few times in my life) or steak and lobster.
Give thanks to God! And eat at Chuy’s because they recognize on their silverware that God deserves it.
